Day 1 Morning departure to Sidmouth and to the hotel for a four night stay.
Days 2 to 4 We have included the following excursions:
• Coastal drive through the picturesque village of Beer and continuing onto Seaton. Time to explore and have lunch, before joining the famous Seaton Electric Tramway for a return journey to the village of Colyton through the scenic Axe Valley. On returning to Seaton, the coach will be there to transfer you to Sidmouth.
• A visit to the Donkey Sanctuary, the largest in the world for a coffee stop before travelling to the Bicton Botanical Gardens, featuring grade 1 listed woodland gardens, historic formal gardens, the Palm House, restaurant, museum and shop. We have included a ride on the Bicton Woodland Railway which takes you round 1.5 miles of the park.
• A visit to Powderham Castle, one of the loveliest places in Devon. The castle lies in a beautiful deer park on the banks of the River Exe. The castle has over 600 years of history and heritage for you to explore. Also enjoy a stroll around the beautiful grounds and gardens including the Rose Garden, American Garden and the Belvedere Tower. Afterwards you will travel to Dawlish for a visit and a cuppa before returning to the hotel.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journe
