Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Dover and the crossing to Calais and onto the hotel for a three night stay.
Day 2 A full day to Keukenhof, once a modest little herb garden, now where the Dutch bulb growing industry stage their annual petal spectacular attracting thousands of visitors. Each year seven million bulbs are planted across 32 hectares including daffodils, tulips, hyacinths, narcissi and crocuses. Besides the spacious 32 hectares of flowers you can enjoy the spectacular flower shows, surprising inspirational gardens, unique art and wonderful events and the flower exhibition in the Juliana Pavilion.
Day 3 Today you will travel to Hoorn and board the steam train, where you will pass through villages across the Westfrisian to Medemblik. Whilst admiring the view you will be treated to coffee and a pastry. On arrival at Medemblik, enjoy some free time before boarding the museum ship with a lovely saloon deck for a cruise along the coast of Lake Ijsselmeer to Enkhuizen. On disembarking you will return to the hotel by way of the Houtribdik dam.
Day 4 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
