Day 1 Early morning departure to Dover for the ferry crossing to Calais/Dunkirk. Continue on to Brussels to arrive at the hotel in time for dinner.
Day 2 A morning at leisure. Lunch will be served at the hotel before departing for the journey to Maastricht. Time to explore the beautiful old town on your own, visit one of the cathedrals or explore the atmospheric Christmas market. Transfer to the MECC Arena for what will undoubtedly be the most romantic music event of the year: the Christmas concert with André Rieu in his hometown of Maastricht. Be enchanted by a magnificent palace with a red carpet, Venetian chandeliers, Christmas scenes, snow, two ice rinks and beautiful winter landscapes. Wonderful Christmas songs, romantic waltzes and beautiful titles from all over the world, such as Jingle Bells, Ave Maria, Oh Holy Night, Hallelujah, Sleigh Ride and many more, will immerse you in the Christmas atmosphere.
NB: Dinner not included this eveningDay 3 Depart after a leisurely breakfast for the short journey into the central of Brussels to visit the Christmas Market. Here you will find various stalls set up in different beautifully decorated squares with festive lights and a magical atmosphere including the Grand-Place and Marche aux Poissons. Return to the hotel for dinner and evening at leisure.
Day 4 After a hearty breakfast you begin your journey home.
Located just a short distance from Brussels Airport, all en-suite rooms are elegantly furnished and well soundproofed with TV, WiFi, hairdryer and tea / coffee making facilities. The hotel also has a
brasserie style restaurant, lobby bar, gym and lift to all rooms.
