Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Plymouth arriving at the hotel late afternoon for a four night stay. After dinner, enjoy musical entertainment.Day 2 This morning you cross the Tamar Bridge, at Saltash into Cornwall and on to the seaside resort of Looe. Time for a stroll along the quayside and the fishing harbour before returning to the hotel for lunch. The afternoon is free for you to explore the famous Barbican, the Hoe or take a look around the city centre for that last minute present. Late afternoon tea / coffee and treats are available. Relax before dinner and tonight’s entertainment. For those wishing to attend Midnight Mass, details of local church services will be available at hotel reception, with mulled wine on your return.Day 3 MERRY CHRISTMAS Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and enter the Chef’s Christmas Cake competition and perhaps take a stroll in the city to work up an appetite for your traditional Christmas lunch. In the afternoon listen to the King’s speech and maybe play some board games before the evening’s buffet. The evening ends with festive fun and games. Day 4 Morning excursion along the Tamar Valley to Tavistock for a short visit, situated on the River Tavy and the edge of the stunning Dartmoor before returning to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon tea and pastries will be served for you to enjoy, and later a farewell dinner with live entertainment.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.All Christmas and New Year inclusions at the hotels are correct at the time of going to print and maybe subject to change.
