Day 1 Morning departure for the journey north and to the hotel in Warrington for a four night stay.
Day 2 Today you will travel to the RHS Garden Bridgewater in Salford, RHS’s fifth public display garden, which opened in May 2021. The former site of Worsley New Hall has been transformed into an iconic RHS Garden. Tom Stuart-Smith and the team have brought ‘gardens with a garden’ to life by blending history with world-class horticulture. Plenty of time to explore some of the following created areas: - The Welcome Building, Worsley Welcome Garden, Kitchen Garden, Moon Bridge Water, Orchards Gardens, Ellesmere Lake and so much more.
Day 3 A full day to Tatton Park, one of the UKs most complete historic estates. It is home to a Tudor Old Hall, a Neo-Classical Mansion, 50 acres of landscaped gardens, a rare-breed farm and 1,000 acres of deer park. Stroll through the wonderful gardens which features a Walled Kitchen Garden and 100 year old Japanese Garden.
Day 4 This morning you will visit Cholmondeley Castle Gardens, an extensive ornamental garden dominated by romantic revival castle, built in 1801. There is a huge variety of plants to view as well as a tearoom for you to enjoy. You will return to the hotel mid afternoon to relax and perhaps use the leisure facilities.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart hotel and commence the homeward journey
