A chance of a winter break staying at the Crown Hotel with entertainment each night and enjoying scenic Yorkshire scenery whilst on the excursions.
Day 1 Morning departure for the journey north to Harrogate for a four night stay.
Day 2 This morning you will travel to Thirsk, home to the ‘World of James Herriot’. In the afternoon you will visit the cathedral city of Ripon. The city’s rich cultural 1300 year history is a natural draw for many visitors keen to experience the serenity and beauty of Ripon Cathedral – its tiny chapel is the oldest surviving Anglo-Saxon crypt in England – and its surrounding narrow atmospheric streets.
