Winter Singles North Wales, Chester and Liverpool

Day 1 Morning departure and travel to North Wales and to Mold for a four night stay. On arrival enjoy tea and bara brith.

Day 2 A drive through the countryside to Chester. The historic city offers lots to see and do. Explore the unique ‘Rows’ of two-tiered shops or take a stroll around the city walls. Meander down to the River Dee and maybe enjoy lunch in a riverside pub. Later you will board a half hour sightseeing cruise along the river with commentary about the local area and its history.

Day 3 A scenic drive along the coast to Llandudno, a premier resort guarded by the bulk of the Great Orme and subject to operation, why not catch a cable car up to enjoy stunning views. Stroll along the wide promenade or enjoy some shopping. Enjoy lunch and then continue to Betws-y-Coed for a short visit before returning to the hotel through the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley National Park.

Day 4 A visit to the wonderful city of Liverpool, where you will find so much to see and do. First you will join the Mersey Ferry for a cruise on the river and enjoy spectacular views of the Liverpool waterfront including the Royal Liver Building and the Cunard Building. You are then free to explore the city with its many attractions including the two amazing cathedrals, the famous Cavern, lots of galleries or the Royal Albert Dock.

Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey

Set in the beautiful Flintshire countryside, near the historic market town of Mold. All bedrooms are en-suite with TV, telephone, WiFi, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/coffee making facilities. Restaurant, bar, coffee shop and mezzanine lounge.
